The Porto tour stated we would visit a vineyard and instead we went to a winery. The La Coruna tour failed to visit the Roman lighthouse as promised and the guides didn’t even tell us about this. We had to ask about it when we clearly were returning to the ship without making the stop. We have done tours with Sandra in Singapore and Europe.

She started the new web site april 17th, 23. The information and tour description chanced in may. She has refused to return the 100% minus the 15$ the terms and conditions stated but is offering only 50% with the possibility of more.

After booking her first cruise once Carnival Cruise Line restarted operations, she immediately searched for available tours. All the group tours seemed overpriced, so she looked for private ones. There were plenty of private tours available that could accommodate four people. The price she saw was steep for just two people—but if she split it up among four people, it would have been a great deal.

If she has a registered business you can report to the BBB. I'd also file a case with the credit card company to stop payment and provide them all your evidence.
