The Porto tour stated we would visit a vineyard and instead we went to a winery. The La Coruna tour failed to visit the Roman lighthouse as promised and the guides didn’t even tell us about this. We had to ask about it when we clearly were returning to the ship without making the stop. We have done tours with Sandra in Singapore and Europe.

Customer Complaints
So, she took to a Facebook group to find another couple to join them on the tour. As an avid cruiser, Sandra O’Leary came out of the COVID-19 pandemic wanting to cruise. She and her husband had been cruising for many years, racking up a total of over two years of their lives spent on Carnival ships. However, up until then, cruising had been nothing more than a hobby. They always booked interior rooms on their cruises to save money for the next one. And when they did book, they made sure to look for cruises to unique destinations so they could see a bit more of the world on each trip.
BBB Reports On
Based on talk on the ship, often we had much better experiences than those who toured with others. Very professional guides, top notch coaches in one port had the one and only double decker! The website is They have a private snorkeling tour (expensive but I guess if you had enough people it wouldn't be) and then they have a public tour. It is $57 per person includes open bar, food, snorkeling equipment and it's a 3 hour tour.

This can help you get your money back and may make it so that the company won't allow payments to her in the future. This is our first cruise and I do know that I would like to book with an outside tour company. Reccomendations would be greatly appreciated. O’Leary never expected to become a travel agent. She just loved traveling and was looking to save money by sharing a private tour with another couple. When she saw an opportunity, she took it.
All the other money she makes is based on commissions paid to her when she books hotels, airfare and cruises, which comes at no cost to her clients. I did several European Cruise tours with Sandras Tours. Sandra O'Leary had the worst planned cruise tours I have ever been on.
Sandra O’Leary of Sandra’s Cruise Tours…
She started the new web site april 17th, 23. The information and tour description chanced in may. She has refused to return the 100% minus the 15$ the terms and conditions stated but is offering only 50% with the possibility of more.
After booking her first cruise once Carnival Cruise Line restarted operations, she immediately searched for available tours. All the group tours seemed overpriced, so she looked for private ones. There were plenty of private tours available that could accommodate four people. The price she saw was steep for just two people—but if she split it up among four people, it would have been a great deal.
Please beware of Sandrascruisetours

I've used the BBB to work out issues with small travel agents all the way up to Hertz. When you file and issue with them, the business does take notice. If she has a registered business you can report to the BBB. I'd also file a case with the credit card company to stop payment and provide them all your evidence.
Buyer beware, avoid this company at all cost!
Peace of mind ~ Having the majority of your vacation taken care of by someone who has already been. I spoke to the tour co today regarding the trip on Geronimo, she said it holds only 35 so it's a smaller group. The trouble is when you get to where you're going, there may be a few other tour companies there. I was looking at Las Caletas for our stop in PV, too, but just wasn't sure.
Museum Island - An outstanding ensemble of five world-renowned museums. In 1999, the Museum Island complex was inscribed as UNESCO World Heritage. In this tour we will see Germanys tragic past and its exciting present. We will have free time to walk, shop and have lunch, and even try a German Beer. We use dedicated people and clever technology to safeguard our platform. Companies can ask for reviews via automatic invitations.
I will use my best efforts to recover and refund the balance as soon as I possibly can. My best efforts does not include taking legal action. I cannot guarantee recovery of any or all of the advance payments made.
If I can pass along 1 thing I've learned, apparently not all tour companies refund for "no port, no pay". So I've made sure to ask everyone I'm interested in booking with about their refund policy. For those who have not visited beautiful Santorini. This tour allows us to avoid the hustle and stress of using the Cable Car with wait lines of often hours to get back to the ship.
