She puts a lot of effort into getting the best excursions for the best value. Ive been on many of her excursions all over the world. Europe and Asia almost every port on 2025 season I have been and organized tours. I'm not sure if there were poor reviews for the one in PV, if so, it's a shame. I've never done the dolphins because it's usually very crowded. Several years ago on another cruise, some ppl who swam with the dolphins swore by it. She is a passenger selling excursions she has a website and creates FB groups where she promotes all her tours.

Oia enjoys a hilltop location which offers breath-taking views across the Gulf of Santorini. She is telling everyone to file a claim with their travel insurance so she can keep our money. The tours we did get to go on thru her company were very disappointing. Unorganized, not what was advertised, and a waste of money.
If you want to go to El Cid, hire a taxi at the port or find a time share to take you there (I don't do the time share thing myself but others have and had no problems). Hire a tender at port (after negotiating of course and yes there are a lot of them) and you will be just fine. If you are dead set on snorkling, have the tender take you over to Chileno bay as well.

I make substantial deposits to operators and suppliers for the tours, entry tickets, meals etc, far in advance of the scheduled tour dates.
Thanks to Sandra, our tours are relaxed and enjoyable. Sandra’s tour are always very interesting, organized, priced right and the guides speak fluent English. We took multiple tours with Sandra last year on our Pride UK cruise.
Actually, I’ve had great luck with the bbb. That assumes the business operates in the US. But every complaint I’ve filed has resulted in a positive ending. You agree that when you book your tour(s), you are are representing all guests on your booking(s),and are accepting these 'Terms & Conditions' on their behalf. The tours are very interesting and it is awesome to save $$ and get the same tours as offered by the cruise line. We had a bit of a hard time last year due to all the last minute tender ports but Sandra and her team of helpers made everything seem so smooth for all of us. Her tours are always on time and we had no worries about returning to the ship at all. Looking forward to the tours we have booked with her for 2023 in Greenland. We did Sandra's Santorini and Athens tours on our recent cruise and would highly recommend!
